Key gaps in customer service

Strong points:
- The right equipment was delivered rapidly.
- Return was free of charge

To improve:
- Image misleading on website, more photos needed to remove ambiguity in bag aspect ratio.
- Online return form not working
- Customer service slow to respond to email

Overall OK experience, but would be hesitant to purchase online with Boards & More again.
